The Best is a social and educational project focused on discovering, supporting, and developing talented children and youth in vocal performance, dance, and the performing arts.

Our goal is to help participants unlock their potential, build confidence, and gain practical tools for professional growth in the creative industry.

Participation in the project is free of charge.

The official host and project coordinator is Lucas Rich.

We invite young people who not only sing or dance, but are also ready to work hard, grow, and take their artistic journey seriously.

Participants go through a casting process, where we assess their motivation, work ethic, and potential. Those who are selected receive comprehensive professional support, including:
— free training in vocal performance, choreography, and acting
— development of an artist’s personal image
— creation of original songs
— production of professional music videos

The Best creates an environment where talented youth receive real opportunities to launch and advance their careers.
