A Class with a Psychologist for the STARS Group

A Class with a Psychologist for the STARS Group – Why Do Young Performers Need It?

At the end of each month, a mandatory class with a psychologist is held for our young performers from the STARS group.

This is not a formality or just a “heart-to-heart talk” — it is an important part of the journey of a child who goes on stage, appears in music videos, hears applause, and receives likes and messages from strangers.

We work with children whose faces are already becoming recognizable. And that means — special responsibility.

What is “celebrity syndrome”?
How does fame affect a child’s developing psyche?
What does a child feel when they are compared, discussed, criticized — or, on the contrary, praised too loudly and too often?

We talk about this during the classes — but not in the form of a boring lecture. Everything is built in a playful format to make it clear and comfortable.

For example, in one of the games — “Reverse Interview” — a child plays the role of a “celebrity,” and the others become “journalists” and ask unexpected, awkward, or even slightly provocative questions. The task of the “celebrity” is to stay calm, protect personal boundaries, and not lose confidence.

This is how we teach children not only to perform, but also to be resilient, self-aware, and free inside — despite outside attention.

Because fame is not a toy — and when you are a future star, and the whole world may know your name, it is especially important to remain yourself.

With care for the present and the future —
